Quality Technician

What you’ll do
Maintain a safe and positive approach to daily work.
Read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings proficiently.
Understand and use precision measurement equipment.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
Work with digital applications, including iPads.
Communicate problems and solutions clearly to leadership and teams.
Perform weld inspections as per Terex Utilities standards.
Investigate problems, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
Train team members on quality standards and customer requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections at designated quality gates.
Write non-conformance reports and notify relevant departments.
Issue red tags when necessary.
Identify and promote internal quality and safety improvements.
Collaborate with operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in assembly, testing, or inspection.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Recognize safety hazards and act accordingly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to meet quality and time standards.
Focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction.

The compensation range for this position is $22.00-$23.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
