Express is looking for 2nd Shift Quality Inspectors in New Bern, NC.
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8-12 hour shifts
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, $14.25 per hour, temporary for 2-3 weeks (opportunity for long-term placement)
Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, buff, and sort various defective parts in a very fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
- Collect all material and equipment needed to meet daily production needs.
- Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.
- Maintain all equipment in good condition.
- Report on any production issues or defective parts.
Requirements:
- Must be able to comprehend and follow safety instructions and be able to take directions from a supervisor.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physically repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Must meet background check requirements.
- Must be able to pass drug screening requirements.
- Strong attention to detail to follow manuals, drawings, and schematics precisely.
Pay: $14.25 per hour
