We’re looking for individuals with experience in Goods In Inspection who are ready to take ownership of incoming material quality, ensuring excellence at every step.
Goods In Technician
Duties
:
Inspect incoming components and raw materials to meet stringent quality standards
Accurately record and report non-conforming items
Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve quality issues
Use precise measurement tools for durability, functionality, and safety tests
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance inspection processes and product quality
Maintain organised records to ensure traceability and compliance
Pay &
Hours:
Competitive salary
starting £12.50 and £13.50 p/hour, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 40-42.5 hours p/week

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Goods In Inspection or
Quality Assurance
within manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and calibration systems
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using
precision
tools
Strong
problem-solving
,
communication
, and
analytical skills
Desirable Experience
:
3+ years in Goods In roles or similar quality-focused positions
Background in high-volume manufacturing or
precision
components
Familiarity with supplier audits and
quality control
documentation
