Job Summary
Want to be part of a Quality Assurance team? Reed-Lane is hiring a Quality Assurance Sampling Coordinator! In this role, you’ll help ensure packaging processes meet cGMPs, Reed-Lane SOPs, and customer protocols while staying compliant with CFR 21, Part 11, 210, and 211.
Responsibilities
Collect and verify finished goods samples and review related documents for submission to customers.
Collect and verify finished goods samples and review related documents for submission to storage at the retain sample room.
Collect, verify, and prepare finished goods samples and associated paperwork for external contractor testing.
Maintain and update comprehensive records/spreadsheet logs for all Retain, Stability, and Customer Samples sent or stored at Reed-Lane.
Prepare and ship domestic and international samples as outlined in the Sample Form.
Conduct the Annual Visual Inspection of Finished Product Retain Samples.
Ensure the sample room is organized and properly maintained, allowing easy access to samples.
Pack samples appropriately and submit them to the designated storage locations.
Prepare samples for on-site inspection by customers.
Provide floor support for QA in-process inspection functions as needed.
Assist in the preparation and completion of Annual Product Reviews (APRs).
Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by the QA Manager.
This position will assist in the following QA Functions; including but not limited to:
Review and Release of packaging batch records.
Assists in preparation and completion of Annual Product Reviews (APR’s).
Inspect all retain samples upon receipt of customer complaints for any non-conformities.
Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (QA).
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literacy and strong basic math skills.
Ability to handle overtime as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
