About the job
SUMMARY
Responsibilities include Quality Assurance Technicians are the quality representatives that provide support for the site Quality Management System. In addition, this position will manage the site electronic/digital documentation system, Master Control. Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, M – F.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform regular audits of sterile and non-sterile documentation and processes
Performs onsite equipment calibrations and validations
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for outside calibrations and assist with repair/part replacement as needed
Serve as backup for MasterControl daily functions
Serve as backup for complaint handling
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialist in performing investigations and correcting quality related issues. Investigations may require entrance into the clean room if necessary.
Assist with creating/updating policies, work instructions, forms, and quiz questions for MasterControl documents
Collaborate with members of the Quality Assurance team on all quality systems
Assign and maintain training records
Manage and maintain Simplifi systems
Adhere to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other regulatory requirements
Ability to use computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned
High attention to detail is required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Business and science courses from an accredited college or university and/or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding.
