Your Main Duties:
Execute computer-based entries for quality assurance.
Advance the structure of systems through continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure successful color measurements and visual inspection.
Undertake rigorous quality control testing procedures.
What We Seek in You:
High School diploma or GED mandatory.
Remarkable color discrimination skillset expected.
Able to succeed in the Farnsworth/Munsell 100 hue assessment.
Well-versed in pigment properties, classifications, and polymer compatibilities.
Previous background in quality control or manufacturing instrumental.
Meticulous in handling and cleansing of equipment.
Math skills needed; must tackle mathematical calculations efficiently.
Capacity to rigorously assess work and follow directives efficiently.
Command strong written and speech communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency alongside excellent data entry comprehension required.
Perform numerous tasks without compromising on quality.
Skilled in swift decision-making scenarios.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Must be capable of standing for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift bags of material up to and including 55 pounds safely.
Work Hours: Third shift (10:45pm – 7:00am). Initial training during daytime (6:45am – 3:00pm).
