Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated to support AGSE in delivering quality products on time and within budget. Job responsibilities include:
Inspect products, develop, and maintain inspection reports
Prepare product certifications and customer documentation
Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

Strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts

Quality Technician responsibilities:
Inspect products, develop, and maintain inspection reports – high mix and high volume
Prepare product certifications and customer documentation
Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’ degree in technical discipline and/or 2 – 5 years related work related quality experience required.
Knowledge of geometric symbols, technical drawings and understanding of GD&T principles.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience/familiarity with ISO9001:2015 certification.
Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
