Position: 1st Shift Quality Tech II
Shift: Monday – Friday / 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Pay: $21.50 per hour

Role
Purpose:
Execute assigned tasks to support the establishment, maintenance, alignment, and continual improvement of the QA System. Responsible for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer requirements, quality assurance policies, and procedures, as well as supporting requests for assistance.
Key Accountabilities:
Perform quality audits, inspections, and documentation.
Conduct daily quality assurance activities as required or directed by management.
Monitor and report on the level of QMS implementation, compliance, and effectiveness through audits, observations, review of quality metrics, and customer feedback.
Support QA training for new and existing associates.
Coordinate QA license, permit, and registration activities.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Operations Performance, and Process Improvement teams to advance quality initiatives.
Required
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift operator certification or successful completion of forklift training within the first 30 days of employment
Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred
