In your role as a Manufacturing Laborer, you will handle multiple assignments across our manufacturing site. You’ll gain insights into our operational procedures, performing each task with diligence and precision to contribute to the quality of our products.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Expertly set up jigs for precise component assembly.
Evaluate parts for discrepancies, making necessary fixes or alerts.
Efficiently record production metrics, adapting to digital and manual methods.
Govern the use of machinery and tools, adhering to set operational norms.
Audit and refine assembled products for quality assurance.
Methodically package completed units with or without machinery aid.
Maintain order in your workspace and handle repairs or reporting of faults.
Facilitate the movement of materials with appropriate equipment.
Optimize your working area for comfort and efficiency.
Take part in continuous learning through training and meetings.
Guide and support peers through mentorship.
Innovate by suggesting process optimizations.
Uphold a consistent level of productivity and attendance.
Engage constructively with colleagues to build solid work relationships.
