Shift Times:
Work across early, afternoon, and night shifts on a 3-week rotation
Pay Rate: £13.23

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and adaptable Customer Quality Representative to serve as the on-site liaison between the customer and internal teams. This role is key in ensuring that product quality and logistics issues are promptly addressed, and customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report product quality and logistics concerns from the customer site to relevant internal plant personnel in a timely manner.
Coordinate and/or carry out containment activities at the customer location.
Provide holiday and absence cover as required, potentially at short notice and across all shift patterns, both on- and off-site.
Understand customer requirements and expectations in detail and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Support production team training to align with customer quality standards.
Conduct internal audits as necessary.
Generate clear, informative reports and summaries, acting as a key
communication
bridge between the customer and internal teams.
Receive and relay customer concerns during shift operations.
Apply structured
problem-solving
techniques to address internal and external quality issues, with support from
cross-functional teams
.
Maintain a solid understanding of the quality technician role across different areas of the business.
Represent the company at customer meetings as appropriate.

Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
