Primary Responsibilities:
The Quality Technician inspects product quality using provided specifications. Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and possess good communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining customer drawings and specifications.
Providing necessary paperwork to the shop floor.
Interpreting tooling with calipers.
Providing measuring equipment to production.
Calibrating and maintaining measuring instruments.
Assisting with ISO 9001 compliance.
Answering questions on customer specifications.
Inspecting materials regularly.
Ensuring procedures are followed and implemented.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of measurement techniques.
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality system.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Effective communication of techniques to employees.
