Location: Onsite – Shrewsbury/Waltham, MA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Shift: Day (7 AM – 3:30 PM)
Job Summary:
Seeking a QC Incoming Inspector II to inspect and audit incoming materials using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inspect, approve, or reject materials per documented processes.
✔ Use inspection tools (Calipers, Micro-hite, Comparator, etc.).
✔ Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
✔ Report and manage non-conforming materials, support investigations.
✔ Assist in corrective actions, First Article Inspections (FAI), and audits.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 environments preferred.
Background in medical devices, aerospace, or bioprocessing industries.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
