Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality/Test Engineer to research and test the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes while developing and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting engineering drawings, conducting failure analysis, and evaluating product integrity to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive client requests and document items as received.
- Enter work orders and coordinate with technicians to complete testing.
- Prepare technical reports with appropriate findings and conclusions.
- Validate results and reports with senior staff.
- Develop sampling procedures, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production, testing, measurement, and analytical equipment.
- Create training materials and conduct quality control training sessions as needed.
- Support quality control initiatives in areas such as:
- Design quality
- Incoming material inspection
- Process control
- Product evaluation
- Product reliability
- Inventory control
- Metrology
- Automated testing
- Software quality
- Research & Development
- Administrative applications
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

- How many years of experience do you have performing failure analysis in a laboratory or manufacturing environment?
- What experience do you have with ferrous metallurgy? You may indicate that you have no experience, academic experience only, professional experience of less than two years, or professional experience of more than two years.
- Have you used metallurgical microscopes or other microscopy equipment to inspect and analyze materials?
- Are you comfortable documenting test results and preparing technical reports with findings and conclusions?
- Have you worked with quality testing, laboratory testing, or materials testing procedures?
- Are you able to read and interpret engineering drawings or blueprints?
- Have you worked with quality standards, inspection procedures, or quality control processes in a manufacturing environment?
