Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance team. This role is essential for ensuring that our products and processes meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, audits, and routine checks to help maintain a high level of quality across operations.
Duties
Support quality assurance activities under the guidance of senior QA staff.
Assist in performing routine product inspections and process audits.
Collect and organize quality-related data, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Help maintain QA records, logs, and reports in compliance with internal procedures.
Prepare and file quality documentation, including batch records and deviation reports.
Assist in tracking and following up on non-conformances or quality issues.
Collaborate with production and lab teams to support continuous quality improvements.
Follow established safety and cleanliness standards in all QA-related tasks.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with basic quality assurance principles and practices.
Comfortable working with documentation and spreadsheets.
Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Experience with Google Workspace tools.
Prior experience in a QA, laboratory, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
