Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to work on a contractor basis. This Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of next-generation AI systems by applying their expertise to create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, test planning, and bug reporting, and will be working in the technology industry to help train AI models and build reliable AI agents through advanced evaluations and reinforcement learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation aligned with project requirements to ensure the quality of web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the line app, to identify and report defects.
• Conduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to ensure that the application meets the required standards and is free from defects.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results, to ensure that all testing activities are properly documented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product teams, to identify and prioritize testing needs and ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in manual testing, test planning, and bug reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with API testing, cross-browser testing, and mobile app testing, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and develop effective solutions to ensure the quality of AI systems.
