Title: Quality & Training Specialist

Duties and Main Key Areas
Training Related Responsibilities:-
– Assist in the development and delivery of driver training programs, utilizing various methods (classroom, online, on-the-job).
– Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

– Track training progress, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Provide ongoing support and coaching to drivers, addressing questions and concerns.
– Assist with the preparation and training of new drivers.
– Utilize company systems (tracking, logistics management, etc.) effectively in training and support activities.
Quality Assurance Related Responsibilities:
– Help implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
– Monitor driver performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to feedback processes.
– Support the conduct of regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with company standards.
– Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
– Contribute to the investigation and reporting of incidents and accidents.
– Collaborate with other departments to improve quality processes across the organization.
– Reporting any car bugs if found to the Maintenance Supervisor.
– Medical Transportation certification renewals and tracking by conducting online courses for drivers
– Report drivers’ performance (points of strengths, weakness, and any points of improvement)
– Operating new projects in KSA and outside KSA (hiring the new team, training them, etc..)
– Feedback collection (customer surveys)
– Incident investigation and reporting of the result
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Education & Experience:
– A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Training and Development) is preferred; relevant experience may be considered instead of a degree.
– 1-2 years of experience in a training or quality control role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
– Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
– Understanding quality management systems and methodologies is a plus.

Computer Skills:
Very Good User of Microsoft Office programs
