Quality & Training Team Leader – Night Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality & Training Team Leader to oversee our sales process team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and training within a sales environment, ensuring that our team meets the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate sales calls and interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Training Development: Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales processes.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, training outcomes, and quality metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and training, preferably in a sales environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management and training tools.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹12-14 LPA (Lakhs per Annum)
