We are looking for a Quality Unit Director. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing quality operations. This role is key to ensuring our products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards while supporting the company’s growth and innovation goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality strategy including aseptic processing and cleanroom operations.
Develop and maintain quality systems to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to support the launch and maintenance of our products.
Manage internal and external audits.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality team with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and processes.
Support tech transfers and scale-up activities from development to commercial production.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations specific to sterile and specialised products.
Proven experience in leading quality operations and managing inspections by health authorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
