Current job openings are as follows:
CNC Machinists
First Class CNC Machinists are needed for both Lathe & Mill, first & second shift. Ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Efficient with set-ups
- Efficient with tool recognition
- Team Player
- Familiar with Fanuc or Okuma OSP Controls Preferred
- Able to edit/troubleshoot programs without supervision
- Expedite production
- Lathe or Mill experience
- Experience with Bullard VTL CNC helpful
- 5 years minimum experience required
Quality Control Technicians
Experienced QC Technicians are needed for first & second shift. Ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a dimensional inspector.
- Knowledge of threading specifications, to include: API 5b, 5b1, 7A, Acme, Unified, etc.
- Knowledgeable in GD&T, Geometric dimensioning, and close tolerance inspection to (+/- .0005″)
- Self-motivated, completes tasks as assigned with minimal supervision.
- Ability to do First article, in-process, and final inspection as required.
- Ability to correctly read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Able to document dimensional data, non-conformances and assist in remedying production quality issues.
