Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in fit-out or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, variations, measurements, and final accounts
- Experience in preparing interim valuations and cost reports
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
QA/QC Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the fit-out or glazing industry
- Strong understanding of inspection procedures, testing, and compliance standards
- Ability to prepare and maintain QA/QC reports and documentation
- Note: Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered
- Must be available to join immediately
