Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range :- $38-$40/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) procedures.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Support new supplier qualification requests and assist with supplier reapproval activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Assess task approvals and documentation to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate supplier records and quality documentation.
Assist with quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with FDA FSMA requirements, company quality standards, and internal procedures.
Monitor project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support internal audits as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Office applications for daily communication and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the food manufacturing, food quality, or food safety industry is preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
