ABOUT THE JOB
Ceva seeks applicants for the full-time position of Quality Assurance Auditor in Research & Development Directory of Ceva’s Phlyaxia Campus in Budapest’s 10th district. This is a hybrid role that can offer maximum 10 days home office monthly, depending on the current tasks.
The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health Group. Our local R&D team is committed to innovate and improve veterinary products and treatments to enhance the health and well-being of animals from the early development until launch processes.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the R&D Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in ensuring GLP/GCP compliance and maintaining the integrity of non-clinical and clinical studies conducted by or on behalf of Ceva Phylaxia.
Reporting directly to the R&D QA Manager, you will independently conduct document audits, assess quality system compliance, support CAPA implementation and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes across R&D activities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Conducting document reviews of safety and efficacy studies (study plans, raw data, reports) according to applicable GLP, GCP requirements and/or internal quality standards
- Performing facility, in-house critical phase audit including CAPA follow-up activities
- Reviewing and developing SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Supporting and delivering QA-related trainings within the R&D organization
- Managing QA system activities including audit tracking, deviation handling, CAPA monitoring and Master Schedule maintenance
- Participating in and leading continuous improvement and global quality projects
- Providing QA oversight and support during qualification, validation and calibration activities related to equipment, instruments and computerized systems
- Performing CRO/vendor audits, as requested

Elvárások
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- BSc or MSc degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Sciences or related field)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a GLP and/or GCP regulated environment
- Practical auditing experience in regulated studies, facilities or external partners
- Strong understanding of QA systems, documentation practices and regulatory compliance expectations
- Native Hungarian and confident English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GLP inspections and audit preparation
- Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV), qualification and calibration processes
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong analytical mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
