About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract basis to cover parental leave. This role is vital in supporting our hiring efforts by coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling job postings, scheduling interviews across different time zones, maintaining clear communication with candidates, and supporting onboarding activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment while gaining valuable experience in recruitment operations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging and accurate job postings for open roles.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, rescheduling, and candidate communications for active searches.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by managing scheduling logistics and recruiting workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS (Ashby).
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires in collaboration with People Operations.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks, including opening job requisitions and managing interview plans.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
