As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the construction industry, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, client management, talent sourcing, and candidate placement. This role is perfect for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong industry relationships, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and managing a strong pipeline of construction talent.
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Securing new business and growing your network across the industry.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
Staying ahead of market trends to identify opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in recruitment (construction sector experience is a bonus).
A natural hunter mentality – You thrive on business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work autonomously and hit targets consistently.
A deep understanding of the construction industry and its workforce needs.
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + Super + Commission OTE $300,000 (depending on experience)
