About The Role
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing and executing various ironworks and decoration projects from conception to completion. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in metal fabrication, project management, and team coordination. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure that project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met efficiently. The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge of ironworking techniques, safety standards, and industry regulations. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in ironworks, metal fabrication, or construction project management is essential. Strong technical skills in welding, cutting, and assembly processes are required. Knowledge of CAD software and other design tools is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, along with a keen eye for detail and quality. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualifications.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the entire lifecycle of ironworks and decoration projects, from initial design and planning to fabrication and installation. Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop detailed work plans. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality benchmarks. Oversee the work of technicians and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to specifications. Maintain project schedules and budgets, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and propose effective solutions to minimize delays.
