Position: Redpath Safety Training Supervisor Role
Drive safety excellence at Redpath as a Safety Training Supervisor. Manage training programs ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across projects and workshops.
As the Safety Training Supervisor, you will coordinate critical training initiatives for field and shop personnel r responsibilities include ensuring training compliance and conducting inspections and audits. With a focus on legislative updates, you’ll engage in incident analyses and support the development of effective safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and ensure training compliance for all staff
• Conduct workplace safety audits and inspections
• Develop and implement safety training programs
• Participate in serious injury investigations
• Aid in HSE program development and procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Safety, Occupational Health
• 1-3 years in mining health and safety experience
• BCRSP member or working toward certification
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
