About The Team
We are looking for a Tagging & Listing QA Specialist to support our HQ team. You will be responsible for executing quality assurance validations, training and upskilling agents, and providing actionable feedback through regular coaching sessions. Additionally, you will provide backup support for customer service inquiries regarding listing issues as needed.
Job Description
- Support HQ Regional Data Science projects by conducting QA reviews and training agents on tagging and listing workflows.
- Conduct weekly QA reviews on listing projects to ensure precision targets are met, identifying errors and data inconsistencies where needed.
- Track recurring issues and performance trends from QA reviews, and share findings with management and agents to support continuous improvement.
- Train new agents on tagging and listing SOPs, category guidelines, and updated training materials.
- Conduct coaching sessions with individuals or teams to align on QA findings and address recurring mistakes.
- Maintain tracking sheets to document QA results and feedback outcomes.
- Provide backup support for customer service and business development teams on inquiries related to tagging or listing issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience in QA, data tagging/labeling, or e-commerce categorization is an advantage.
- Fast learner with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support the SG market and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Comfortable providing coaching and feedback to peers or team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across repetitive tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Entry-to-junior level; on-the-job training provided.
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
