Your job, as Regional Quality Documentation Manager within our team will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main Responsibilities

Lead regional documentation team, surrounding documentation specialist & support

Close exchange with other team leads (also on global level) and regional document manager

Direct, motivate, coach, and develop team, conduct evaluation interviews.

Initiate and implement process and procedure improvement proposals.

Track regulatory changes.

Contribute to team effectiveness, identify risks, formulate improvements.

Manage work processes efficiently, respect laws

Verify compliance of documentation process with internal standards & guidelines

Interface to internal teams, corporate bodies

Maintain a professional network and ensure a collaborative relationship with stakeholders

About You

Experience: >8 yrs professional experience in documentation, in GxP environment ´

Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams flexibly and proactively. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments

Technical skills: Strong skills in Quality DMS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Leadership of multinational teams

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree

Languages: Excellent English communication and writing; preferably also additionally Spanish, Portuguese or French
