Position Overview
As a Senior Manager – Quality, you’ll lead the quality function for multiple large-scale, high-rise residential projects. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing quality frameworks, driving stakeholder alignment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in structure, finishing, and MEP will ensure we consistently deliver excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Systems
Lead the quality agenda across multiple high-rise residential sites.
Create, implement, and monitor an end-to-end quality management framework.
Define and standardize quality requirements for raw materials, construction methods, and workmanship.
Technical Leadership
Ensure adherence to work specifications and codes for civil, structural, and MEP elements.
Conduct regular QA training sessions across departments and with contractors.
Lead internal and external audits, site inspections, and compliance checks.
Innovation & Improvement
Introduce new quality management methodologies and design innovations.
Drive process reviews and SOP enhancements to elevate execution quality.
Identify site-level quality gaps and provide timely systemic solutions.
Stakeholder Influence
Influence design, construction, and FM teams to adopt best practices in quality.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material compliance and standards.
Foster a culture of quality ownership across functions.
Strategic Oversight
Champion a culture of continual improvement and learning.
Monitor key quality metrics and ensure alignment with project timelines and customer expectations.
Lead change management initiatives to improve operational excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
Education
BE in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Experience
10–15+ years of experience in Quality roles within the real estate industry.
Proven track record in high-rise residential construction.
Hands-on expertise in structure, finishing, and MEP overview.
Key Skills
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials
Leadership and influencing abilities across diverse stakeholder groups
High attention to detail and quality mindset
Expertise in quality tools, change management, and audit processes
Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Excellent coordination, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
