Job Summary:

The Regional Manager of Quality Inspections is a critical leadership role responsible for driving client satisfaction, expanding business growth, and ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and resolving any quality-related concerns. The Regional Manager will oversee all quality inspection processes, maintain compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and lead a team of customer-focused inspection professionals.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong focus on client service, process optimization, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship

Management:

Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong and lasting relationships.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on quality performance and key metrics to management and stakeholders.

Build and lead a customer-centric team dedicated to exceeding client expectations.

Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, aligning with company goals.

Proactively address and resolve client concerns with urgency and effectiveness.

Quality Inspection

Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Monitor and ensure strict adherence to established quality standards and regulations.

Oversee the quality control process to guarantee products meet or exceed required specifications.

Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949.

Identify quality discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.

Process Management:

Develop and deliver comprehensive quality control training programs for inspection teams, ensuring consistent adherence to company quality expectations.

Establish and maintain efficient and streamlined quality control processes.

Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of inspection processes.

Team Leadership

:

Provide effective administrative support and guidance to the inspection team.

Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal departments.

Build a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive quality assurance, with a deep understanding of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $95,000.00 – $ per year, commensurate with experience.

Annual bonus option based on performance.
