Job Description
Your Responsibilities 岗位职责
- 配合商务团队、开发新 OEM 供应商，负责新 OEM 供应商的选择、审核和评估，确保符合法规要求、 AMD 要求、以及客户对 OEM 的质量期望；
- 确保 Active OEM 供应商的质量 & 食品安全体系以及生产的产品持续、稳定、可靠地满足法规要求、 AMD 要求和客户要求；
- 全程负责新产品开发项目中品保相关任务，和其他项目同事合作协调，确保项目按照计划顺利推进落实；
- 负责试产产品的技术沟通、产品验证和检测、技术文件的制订、投产前关键控制点的验证和确认；
- 批准 OEM 原料和供应商，确保对 OEM 上游原材的品质控制；
- 制订《产品采购规范》下发给 OEM 供应商执行、并定期回顾，确保符合法规要求、 CD&D 的开发要求及客户要求；
- 协调、陪同下游客户对于 OEM 工厂的食安 / 质量体系审核；
- 负责 OEM 供应商投诉的处理，分析，验证以及持续改进；
- 负责年度 OEM Performance review 的质量部分输入
- 其他 OEM 技术支持
- 其他 ADM 亚太质量部的质量技术支持，以及部门负责人分配的其他工作
Your Profile 任职资格
- 食品科学、食品工程及相关专业学士及以上学历；
- 熟悉生产现场，对生产工艺 / 危害分析熟练掌握，能识别关键风险，并提出控制建议；
- 10 年以上食品行业从业经验， 5 年以上国际性食品公司的质量部门供应商审核经验；
- 熟知质量管理体系、食品安全管理体系，良好农业操作规范；较强的职业敏感度及分析问题、解决问题能力；
- 具有一定的领导及沟通能力；
- 责任心强，积极正面的“ Can do ”态度；
- 可以适应出差工作；
- 熟练的英语听说读写能力
