Regulatory & Quality Coordinator
A leading food industry company is seeking a Regulatory & Quality Coordinator for a diverse and challenging role, involving responsibility for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and support of organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain regulatory approval for existing and new raw materials.
- Update and maintain raw material approvals in accordance with evolving regulations and requirements.
- Prepare regulatory documentation for customers, including Declarations of Compliance (DoC) and various customer-specific declarations.
- Maintain and update company procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct and document internal audits across company departments.
- Collect, process, and analyze data.
- Monitor and oversee quality-related activities throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry – required.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment or the food packaging industry – significant advantage.
- Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and ISO 9001:2015 standards – advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.
- Experience with the Priority ERP system – advantage.
