We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Release Manager to lead, govern, and continuously improve the release lifecycle of IoT hardware and embedded software products. This role ensures structured, predictable, and high-quality releases by coordinating across development, QA, manufacturing, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end release management process for hardware and firmware/software across all product lines.
  • Plan, define, and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, product management, and supply chain.
  • Establish and enforce release standards, including documentation, testing, versioning, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate release readiness, ensuring all quality gates, dependencies, and deliverables are met prior to release.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to releases; proactively resolve blockers and escalations.
  • Maintain clear visibility of release status, timelines, and risks through regular reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Continuously improve release management practices, tools, and workflows in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role within a hardware/software or IoT environment.
  • Strong understanding of release processes, version control, and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems development and its lifecycle.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with release management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
