Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Call Center Manager to lead a high-performing outbound calling team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, coach team members, monitor performance metrics, and ensure appointment-setting goals are consistently achieved. You'll work closely with leadership to improve processes, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive, results-driven team culture. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a remote team of outbound call center representatives.
  • Monitor daily performance, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to improve results.
  • Ensure representatives follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Review call recordings and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Track appointment-setting goals and implement strategies to maximize team success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements based on key metrics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop remote teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs, call quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.
  • Previous experience managing a call center, customer service team, outbound sales team, appointment-setting team, or contact center is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, cloud-based dialers, and workforce management tools is a plus.
