Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Operations Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize retail store workflows, including inventory, staffing, and customer service processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and inventory turnover.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with broader business strategies.
• Train and mentor store staff on operational best practices and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in retail operations management or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and operational metrics are essential.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination is preferred.
