Position Summary
The RMA Lead oversees returned batteries from receipt through final disposition, ensuring accurate tracking, clear documentation, timely system updates, safe handling, and efficient daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, label, and track returned batteries and components.
· Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, customer details, and RMA information.
· Coordinate battery inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and final disposition.
· Document product condition, findings, test results, corrective actions, and disposition.
· Keep Monday.com updated with status, findings, owners, next steps, and due dates.
· Maintain accurate RMA, inventory, serial-number, and disposition records in NetSuite.
· Reconcile physical inventory with system records and resolve discrepancies.
· Assign daily work, monitor backlog and turnaround time, and communicate delays.
· Maintain a safe, organized RMA area and ensure proper battery handling.
· Work with Quality, Engineering, Production, Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, and Customer Service to close RMAs.
Required Qualifications
· Experience in RMA, manufacturing, battery service, quality, inventory, or troubleshooting.
· Strong computer, data-entry, organization, and written communication skills.
· Ability to lead daily work, manage priorities, and follow safe battery-handling procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with lithium-ion batteries, electrical troubleshooting, or warranty returns.
· Experience using Monday.com, NetSuite, or a similar ERP system.
· Previous lead experience in a manufacturing, repair, or warehouse environment.
Measures of Success
· Accurate battery tracking and system records.
· Complete, timely Monday.com and NetSuite updates.
· Clear findings, controlled backlog, and safe work practices.
Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
