RN Quality Management Specialist – work from home Jobs in Remote at Peopletek
We are looking for a Weekend Quality Technician to join our team to work 5am – 5pm Friday through Sunday. Work 36 hours and be paid for 40! This position works closely with our CNC Machinists inspecting parts to ensure they meet customer needs and the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with Calypso software.
Experience with measuring parts using a Zeiss CMM.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with programming a Zeiss CMM a plus.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus.
Exceptional blue print reading skills with interpretation of Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances.
Able to do in process checks by with measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and thread gauges.
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality processes and procedures.
Be self-motivated and work independently and as a team member.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Zeiss CMM to perform first piece, in-process and final inspections on machined parts.
Interpret CMM results and provide clear direction to the manufacturing team in a timely manner.
Create and maintain accurate inspection reports using computer software.
Understand and comply with all company, safety and quality policies and procedures and advocate ISO system standards
Regularly use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls.
Push, pull and/or safely lift various pieces of equipment or parts weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to table height
