Job Description
Elite Roofing LLC is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Roofing Project Manager / Field Runner.
Elite Roofing LLC is one of the fastest-growing Storm Restoration companies in Texas.
At Elite, we specialize in storm restoration after catastrophic events. We currently have six physical locations across Texas (McKinney, Austin, San Antonio, Bryan, The Woodlands, and Houston). We specialize in the insurance claims and restoration process.
Our office will schedule inspections and appointments for you, and your primary responsibility will be making sure those appointments are completed professionally, accurately, and on time. You will also be responsible for helping manage projects from inspection through completion, attending adjuster meetings, being present on build days, communicating with homeowners and crews, and making sure jobs stay on track.

What You Will Do
- Run residential and commercial roof inspections scheduled by our office
- Meet with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience
- Document roof damage and property conditions accurately
- Take detailed photos, measurements, and notes during inspections
- Meet with insurance adjusters during adjuster appointments
- Assist with the insurance claims/restoration process
- Project manage jobs from signed contract through completion
- Be present on scheduled build days when needed
- Coordinate with roofing crews, homeowners, and the office
- Make sure materials and job-site needs are communicated properly
- Monitor job progress and address issues as they arise
- Perform quality-control inspections throughout the project
- Complete final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate job updates with the office and production team
- Help collect necessary paperwork, checks, photos, and documentation
- Make sure jobs are completed according to Elite Roofing standards
- Represent Elite Roofing professionally in the field at all times

Must Haves

- Construction or roofing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
Roofing / Construction Experience
Previous roofing, construction, insurance restoration, project management, or field experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with roofing inspections, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, or storm restoration is a major plus.
If you have roofing experience but are looking to move away from a traditional sales role, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Sales Opportunity — Optional
This is NOT a sales position and you will not be required to sell.
However, if you are someone who enjoys networking, knocking doors, generating your own leads, or developing your own business, there is an opportunity to do so.
Individuals who want to generate their own business can discuss additional opportunities and compensation with management.
Our primary need for this position is project management, inspections, customer service, and field operations.
