Global Digital Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales QA to join our growing team. If you have strong observation skills, good communication ability, and enjoy working with data and processes — this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy, lead verification, and quality control processes
- Review and ensure proper handling of leads and CRM-based lead flow
- Check conversations, chats, and responses for quality, accuracy, and timely communication
- Maintain and update monthly reports and verification records
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Freshers & experienced both can apply)
- Strong understanding of English reading & written communication
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in night shift / fast-paced environment if required
