Sales Quality Assurance – Retirement Jobs in Radnor, PA at Lincoln Financial
Dalco Nonwovens has immediate need for full-time Lab Technician for Night Shift.
Dalco Nonwovens is a leading manufacturer and supplier of nonwoven fabrics for a wide range of textile categories. These include Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive customers, home furnishings and industrial converters, geotextile applications as well as specialty niche end uses.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all required tests are performed for each product.
Ensure test data is entered into database.
Scan various work order documents.
Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms.
Collect the test data from all shifts and perform the remaining tests not completed on nonwoven products.
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods or protocols.
Notify production Team Leads of testing results.
Maintain order run boards.
Keep lab organized with all relevant information readily accessible to team leaders and management.
Conduct assigned internal audits.
Complete Quality Technician Checklist and verify operator understanding of customer quality alerts.
Verify product blend.
Verify product is needle track free.
Verify product does not have fused ends.
Verify product width and other dimensions w/ tape measure.
Physical Requirements:
Must frequently lift 10 lbs.
Occasionally lift 60 lbs.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to work Night shift; 12 hour 7pm to 7am.
Willingness to work independently in a Quality Lab
High School, GED or equivalent education
Ability to read, write, spell and understand English
Ability to use hand tools, calculator, and measuring tools
Experience:
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Experience working in a quality lab is is a plus, but not required
Experience with ISO 9001
