Contract Duration: Contract ends in 30th June 2025
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Project and System Enhancement Participation: Contribute to project initiatives and system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and support for new developments.
Monitor Team Performance: Track and maintain team performance, ensuring Turnaround Times (TATs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate Team Productivity: Assign cases and coordinate daily team productivity to ensure timely task completion.
Ad-Hoc Functions: Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required, collaborating with other teams, especially billing teams, to ensure smooth operations.
UAT Management: Play a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring thorough testing, proper documentation, and alignment with business requirements.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be available for training, product launches, project functions, or events that may take place on weekends, public holidays, or after office hours, ensuring compliance with TATs/SLAs.
Specific Requirements:
Educational Background: Preferably a Degree holder in Business, Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
UAT Experience: Some experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gained professionally or through internships.
Life Insurance Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong understanding of group insurance.
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily tasks and reporting.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead a team.
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to manage team performance under pressure.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of handling high-pressure environments while staying focused on team goals and deadlines.
Flexibility: Adaptable in working hours to support product launches, project functions, and events, including weekends, public holidays, or after-hours commitments.
