Hybrid role in Dallas TX (weekly 3 days onsite) – Hiring for Salesforce QA – 12 months contract
8 years of software QA experience.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities.
Provides direction and feedback to junior QA Analysts.
Handles change and uncertainty effectively, remaining calm under pressure.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with Email Service Providers, marketing automation platforms, and email rendering tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).
Understanding of HTML, URL redirects, and tracking parameters.
Ability to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Provides proactive feedback throughout the testing lifecycle.
Experience with sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups is a plus.
