We are looking for a Salesforce Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through rigorous functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills – Manual testing of Salesforce experience cloud, sales and service cloud,testing Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and APIs, Tools: JIRA

Job Duties – 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Manual Testing.

Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with a solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities,configurations, and data models.

Experience in writing test case and execute tests for Salesforce projects.

Knowledge and experience with JIRA for user stories and project workflow

Strong understanding of smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing principles

Proficient in using QA tools and methodologies, including test management tools, defect tracking systems like ALM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide detailed defect reports.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience in working in Agile development teams.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers
