We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Analyst (SOM) to support the quality assurance and testing activities across Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Sales Order Management (SOM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless system integrations, and maintaining high-quality releases in a fast paced luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate Salesforce-based business processes and order management workflows.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Verify data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
- Validate business rules and workflows supporting omnichannel retail operations.
- Test end-to-end Sales Order Management processes including: Order Capture, Order Lifecycle Management, Fulfillment and Shipment, Returns and Exchanges, Refund Processing, Inventory Validation, Order Cancellation
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or other test management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and retesting of resolved defects
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Sales Order Management (SOM) / Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash and retail business processes.
- Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management (SOM/OMS).
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud environments.
- Experience with API testing and integrations.
- Exposure to test automation tools is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
