Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Salesforce QA
Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to define test strategies, perform API testing, validate data, and improve testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manual and Automated Testing: Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
API Testing: Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Data Integrity Checks: Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Defect Identification & Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.
Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA, including both manual and automated testing.
Salesforce Administration & QA Testing: Proven experience in Salesforce administration and QA testing.
API Testing: Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
SQL Proficiency: Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques for validating data integrity and accuracy.
Automation Testing Tools:
Experience withautomation testing frameworks like Selenium or similar tools.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working well in cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: A technical mindset with great attention to detail to ensure thorough testing.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Certification: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce QA.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
CI/CD Tools:
Experience withCI/CD tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
