We are currently looking to add some awesome new team members to our facility in Mississauga, ON. As a Sanitation Supervisor,you will be a critical part of delivering our products to customers everywhere!
Our Research and Development is on-going, aimed at introducing new and exciting products to complement our delectable bakery lines. We are an aggressive, flexible company dedicated to providing quality products that satisfy customer needs and marketplace demands.

What you will be doing:
Lead a team of sanitation associates and ensure cleanliness of industrial equipment according to food safety & quality assurance standards and guidelines
Manage cleaning products, equipment’s and ensure proper inventory, storage and use
Partner with production team members to ensure clean work spaces are top priority
Adhere to proper GMP and safety procedures and guidelines
Support other departments and functions of production as required
Manage the time and attendance of sanitation associates efficiently and effectively
Ensures all chemicals used in the cleaning process are mixed with a proper solution according to the specifications
What you bring to the table:
Past experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Positive and eager attitude
Previous experience cleaning industrial equipment is an asset, but not required
Ability to work overnight shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with flexibility to work in weekendsas needed
Having reliable transportation or own vehicle is highly recommended
Team player – you are willing to jump in and help others
Time management to ensure cleaning program effectively proceeded within the cleaning time frame.
Must be a demonstrated decision-maker who easily interacts with others
Random inspection during sanitation time to ensure proper and detail cleaning.
Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation records
Flexible – you are comfortable jumping from task to task quickly
Forward thinking – you look for new and better ways to deliver our high-quality products in your workspace
Go-Getter – you want to work! You are driven by quality and the accomplishment of a job well done
What you will receive in return:
Pay is up to $70,000Annually
