SCREEN PRINTING QUALITY CONTROL/ BELT CATCHER Jobs in Lititz, PA at Lancaster Print House
Lancaster Print House is looking to hire a Quality Control/Belt Catcher. Previous experience is a plus but not required. All applicants must be self motivated, emotionally mature, ready to learn, willing to teach, dedicated, responsible, positive, willing to grow within the company, prepared for overtime work/pay, & trustworthy.

What you will learn/position responsibilities:
- Catch shirts coming off the belt at the end of the dryer.
- Inspect garments for any mistakes or imperfections. ( Misprints, Factory Defects, etc)
- Communicate clearly with the press operators about any issues as they arise.
- Count, prepare & organize jobs after print completion to move to the next department. Usually shipping, tagging, inventory, or to another machine for additional print.
- Monitor quality of printed shirts during the production run. Stop operators/machines when issues are found.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Assist other departments when available. (Tagging, Receiving, Shipping etc)

Entry level pay for this position is $16/hr but negotiable based on experience. Our onboarding program reviews new hires after 90 days. Reviews do not guarantee a raise.
