OP is seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master who will serve as a servant-leader and coach to Agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient Agile practices and continuous delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and is comfortable facilitating agile ceremonies, resolving impediments, and fostering team accountability.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure understanding and adoption.

Shield the team from outside distractions and ensure a clear focus on sprint goals and commitments.

Identify, track, and remove impediments to team progress; escalate issues as needed.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and feedback.

Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on dependencies, priorities, and deliverables.

Track and communicate sprint metrics, team velocity, and progress using tools such as JIRA or similar.

Promote transparency and visibility across the team and organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in supply chain or enterprise software development.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, resolve conflicts, and guide Agile adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).

Experience working in supply chain, logistics, or distribution systems.

Familiarity with data analysis concepts and experience collaborating with data-centric teams.

Exposure to vendor coordination, gap analysis, and the solution design process.

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
