We work with industries like telecom, healthcare, entertainment, oil and gas offering solutions designed to meet their specific needs. We focus on improving systems, making better use of data, and updating applications to keep up with changing markets.

Position: Scrum Master

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX

Job Description:

This hybrid role requires balancing strategic vision with Agile execution, ensuring that business objectives align with technical capabilities. You will define and manage product backlogs for multiple platform products while fostering a high-performing Agile team culture through effective facilitation, scoping, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a delivery roadmap for your products, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and refining requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and value-driven execution of features.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth team operations.

Identify and remove impediments, enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

Act as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring teams on Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and organizational objectives while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Experience working in a technology-driven environment.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) certification preferred.
