Pro-Vision is currently hiring for a Director of Quality will lead our quality assurance efforts, specifically focusing on our hardware products. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing and delivery. The Director of Quality will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with industry and company standards in order to deliver superior video solutions to our customers.

The System Specialist will report directly to our CFO and work on-site in the Byron Center, MI office. Some of the expected responsibilities are as follows:
Lead and manage the quality department for hardware products, setting the vision, strategy, and direction for initiatives
Develop and execute quality control plans to ensure hardware products meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Collaborate with senior leadership to align quality goals with company objectives and product development timelines
Establish and maintain quality policies, SOPs, and procedures that support regulatory and internal standards across all departments
Manage risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensuring all quality risks are identified and addressed early in the development cycle
Review and approve hardware specifications and test plans, ensuring that they meet quality and performance requirements
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to integrate quality into all phases of product and process development
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs to resolve product quality issues
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audits, and inspections
Ensure documentation for quality control processes and procedures is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies
Oversee quality training programs to build awareness and capability at all levels of the organization
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive improvements and optimize product quality

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
